May 9 - May 11 ABILENE, TX Taylor County Expo Center Coliseum Entries must qualify for finals as per RHAA rules and must have attended at least two shows prior to last show of the season (horse/rider combination). Open Youth Competition is to be held in the Covered Outdoor Arena at Taylor County Expo Center May 9, 2019. Pre-entry is required by April 26th. No RHAA membership is required. Rules meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the arena for all contestants. Competition to follow. All youth 18 and under are eligible. Age groups - 12 & under; 13-18.
