Brown Ranch Arena\nStart time: 2pm\nJudge: Garrett Cooper\nCalcutta/Saddle Shoot Out\nMarch 11\, 2025 | This event is part of RAB’s three-day event\, A Rancher’s Rendezvous 2.0\nStart Time: 3pm \nParking: As you pull in\, please park in the grassy area on the east side of the main road in an orderly manner. With so many horses and trailers\, it will be helpful for your fellow competitors. \n  \nEntering and Scratching\nBooks open February 5th. Close March 5th (or until entries are full). Note: The BDBD and Novice BDBD will be capped at 10 entries each). \nParticipants will be allowed to scratch their entry for a full refund up until Friday\, March 7. Any scratches after that date will not receive their cattle fee ($50) back unless accompanied by a vet release. \nOnline Entry Form \nClass Order and Entry Fees: \n\n*BDBD – $250\nNovice BDBD – $250\nJunior Youth – $150\nSenior Youth – $250\nWrangler – $325\nCowboy – $325\nRanch Hand – $325\nJunior – $325\nSenior – $325\n\n* No longer an RHAA sanctioned class * \n\nEstimated Schedule\nMONDAY\nRanch Horse Competition – Start time: 8:00 a.m. (Open arena until 7:45 a.m. — there are arena lights) \nTUESDAY\nCalcutta/Saddle Shoot Out – Start time: 3:00 pm. \nWe will begin with the Calcutta followed by the Saddle Shoot Out.\nThe top two placing competitors from Wrangler\, Cowboy\, Ranch Hand\, Junior and Senior who showed Monday will be eligible to compete in the Shoot-Out.\nThe Calcutta will be held for these top ten competitors.\nCalcutta will pay 1st and 2nd with the remainder of the proceeds will be split and go to benefit the Ranching Heritage Center and Braden Johns.  \n\n\nAwards\n\nClass winners will win Preston Williams buckles\nGreat prizes to be awarded such as: Robert Mitchell split reins\, Yeti jugs\, Platinum gift certificates\nHigh Sr. Youth score of the day wins a Circle Y saddle\nReserve Overall Shoot Out Champ wins a Capital Hatters Custom Hat\nChampion Shoot Out competitor will win a Jeff Smith Ranch Cutter saddle!\n\n\nWeather\nInclement Weather?
